Bar Shooting Trial Set

(Minot, ND) — A trial date has been set for a man accused of a bar shooting in Minot. The shooting happened at the Dakota Lounge earlier this year, and resulted in two people being injured. Alabama resident Theophis Drake was arrested and charged with five felonies in connection with the shooting. Drake could face at least ten years in prison, and his trial date is scheduled to begin on October 24th. The trial is expected to last four days.
