(Fargo, ND) — A North Dakota B-C-I agent fired a gun while arresting a person in Fargo, Tuesday afternoon. While what exactly happened isn’t yet clear, authorities say the Cass County Drug Task Force was involved in a “critical incident” at a home along 10th Avenue South. The house was blocked off by crime scene tape for a few hours after the gun was fired, though there were no serious injuries. There’s no word yet on who was arrested and why.
