Bird Flu Confirmed In North Dakota

(Bismarck, ND) — North Dakota has its first cases of bird flu. The state department of agriculture says avian influenza is present in multiple counties. The NDDA says the disease was found in a backyard chicken flock in McHenry County, a commercial turkey flock in Ransom County, and a backyard mixed flock in Bottineau County. Officials say there’s no immediate public health concern.
