(Bismarck, ND) — Bismarck Air Medical is teaming up with a Texas-based air transport coordinator for veterans. The air ambulance service announced that it has partnered with VETair, which describes itself on its website as “a group of veterans and first responders who have been navigating the systems of Veteran Medevac.” North Dakota pilots still perform the actual air transports. VETair helps make sure that veterans requiring air transport are able to get their V.A. travel benefits.
