(Bismarck, ND) — Despite brutal winter weather conditions from the polar vortex, Bismarck Airport has been operating as usual. While the weather is bad, few delays and cancellations have been reported. However, other airports in the state can’t say the same, as Minot Airport has canceled all of its flights on Saturday. Dickinson Airport saw one arrival and one departure during that afternoon.
