(Bismarck, ND) — Bismarck City Attorney Jannelle Combs is running to become a municipal judge. She’s looking to replace Judge William Severin who’s retiring after more than 40 years. Combs has practiced law in North Dakota for 25 years, six of them with the city of Bismarck. She also served as chief clerk of the North Dakota Supreme Court from 2009 to 2010.
