(Bismarck, ND) — A Bismarck man accused of child sex crimes is mentally fit to stand trial. The State Hospital in Jamestown made the ruling for Gary Kline during his status conference yesterday. His attorney has requested Kline undergo a second mental health evaluation. Kline is facing charges for reportedly sexually abusing a child last March. He could face up to life in prison without parole. A trial could take place as soon as April.
