(Bismarck, ND) — A Bismarck man who’s accused of striking a two-year-old boy with a glass salsa jar faces a felony child abuse charge. Police were called to the scene at a home along Burnt Boat Road, where they found the boy suffering from a wound that required stitches. The suspect, identified as Bryan Burleson, reportedly told officers he hit the child to get him to stop biting him. He was arrested, and has a plea hearing scheduled for August 12th.
