(Bismarck, ND) — Bismarck Police have arrested a man who they say was luring minors over the internet. While suspect Paris Moody thought he was messaging a 15-year-old girl, it turns out he was actually messaging an undercover police officer. Investigators say Moody asked the officer to send explicit photos and meet up with him. Officers arrested Moody at the meet-up location he had set. They say he admitted to sending the messages, including nude photos of himself.
