Bismarck Man Pleads Guilty To Murder

(Bismarck, ND) — A Bismarck man is pleading guilty to a downtown murder. Timothy Two Horses pleaded guilty to murder on Thursday, and told the court he stabbed 57-year-old Ernest Ells at the Patterson Place apartments last April. Prosecutors claim Two Horses told Ells to give him meth or he would kill him, and that when Ells asked him to leave, Two Horses stabbed him in the heart. If convicted, he could be facing a life sentence without the possibility of parole.
