Bismarck Man Pleads Not Guilty To Hitting Person With Car

(Bismarck, ND) — A Bismarck man has pleaded not guilty to hitting someone with his vehicle. Daniel Brennan faces charges for allegedly striking and injuring a person on North 12th Street back in March. Police say they found the victim lying in the street with a large head wound, and a witness told them they saw a car belonging to Brennan with a caved-in windshield and front end damage pull into the Boulevard Avenue Apartments. The investigation led police to Brennan, and he was later arrested after he reportedly admitted to driving the car.
