(Bismarck, ND) — The suspect in a fatal Bismarck shooting is facing criminal charges stemming from a separate case. Corbin Lampert, age 19, is already facing murder charges related to the death of a 16-year-old girl. Now Lampert has also been charged with terrorizing and unlawful possession of a firearm, in relation to an incident in early June in which police allege he pointed a gun at a person. He’s pleading not guilty to both charges, and is currently being held at the Burleigh Morton Detention Center on a one-million-dollar bond.
