(Bismarck, ND) — The Bismarck Police Department has launched a new reporting system for non-emergencies. It’s an online portal called “Police to Citizen”, and it allows locals to report incidents where no injuries have occurred, or in which a potential suspect hasn’t been identified. Examples of non-emergencies include identity theft, theft from a motor vehicle, and vandalism. The public can use Police to Citizen starting today by clicking on the “Online Reporting” tab at bismarck-nd-dot-gov.
