Bismarck Woman Pleads Not Guilty To Drug Dealing Charges

(Bismarck, ND) — A Bismarck woman accused of dealing fentanyl has pleaded not guilty. Angela Baumgartner was a passenger in a vehicle police pulled over on I-94 last month, and police say they found her in possession of 300 grams of fentanyl. Police say she had been driving to Bismarck to sell the drugs, and she faces up to 20 years in prison if convicted.
