(Moorhead, MN) — A Fargo man is in custody after a woman’s body was found along the banks of the Red River in Moorhead on Tuesday. The body was found near Sixth Avenue and Elm Street South, and the investigation led to the arrest of 18-year-old Isaac Arndt. He’s being held on suspicion of murder at the Cass County Jail and is awaiting extradition to the Clay County Jail. The victim’s identity hasn’t been released.
