Boil Advisory In Kenmare

(Kenmare, ND) — The City of Kenmare remains under a boil advisory following Tuesday’s water outage. Crews have since restored water service, but because of the loss of water pressure, health officials are asking locals to boil their water for at least a minute before drinking it. Mayor Arlen Gartner says the water is also being tested for contaminants. City engineers say a malfunctioning water tower is to blame, and repairs are currently underway.
