(Bismarck, ND) — The old Budget Inn along Thayer Avenue in Bismarck is being torn down. The demolition began on Wednesday, and the property owner says once it’s finished, the site will be redeveloped into three different mixed-use apartment buildings. The main building will be called the Fleck House and will have 22 to 24 studio apartments. Two other smaller buildings called the Annex and the Roanoke will also be built, the latter of which will have a mix of studio and two-bedroom apartments.
