(Bismarck, ND) — The date of Doug Burgum’s confirmation hearing for Secretary of the Interior is now set. Senator John Hoeven’s office says the hearing will be next Tuesday starting at 9 a.m. Central. The former North Dakota governor will appear before the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee. President-elect Trump named Burgum to his cabinet in November, saying he’s going to be “fantastic.”
