Bus Crash Kills One, Injures Others

(Petersburg, ND) — A school bus crash near Petersburg has left one person dead and others injured. The deadly crash occurred late Thursday afternoon on Highway 32, as a school bus carrying Hatton Northwood volleyball team members collided with a pickup truck at an intersection. The impact caused the bus to overturn and roll, and the driver of the pickup was pronounced dead at the scene. The crash injured an unknown number of volleyball team members, and they were transported to a hospital in Grand Forks to be treated. The crash remains under investigation.
