Charlie Jeske To Resign, Retire From Bismarck Event Center

(Bismarck, ND) — Bismarck Event Center director Charlie Jeske is resigning and retiring. The City of Bismarck has reached a deal with Jeske, coming after months of investigation and paid leave. The investigation looked into his alleged poor management and questionable dealings with vendors. The Bismarck City Commission has approved the agreement, which allows Jeske to retire on April 2nd with 350-thousand dollars in severance pay. He’s been the director of the Bismarck Event Center since 2008.
