(Bismarck, ND) — Counties in North Dakota are beginning to mail out property tax statements. Morton County and Burleigh County are already reporting that they’ve sent out property tax statements. Homeowners, including mobile homeowners, may apply for the 2025 Primary Residence Credit, which is a 500-dollar credit towards next year’s property tax. According to the North Dakota Century Code, counties are required to mail property tax statements by December 26th.
