Crop-Spraying Plane Crashes

(Jamestown, ND) — A crop-spraying plane has crashed near Jamestown. The pilot was taking off from a private airstrip early Thursday when his plane failed to generate enough lift. The aircraft then struck a barbed-wire fence before it crashed and came to rest in a ravine. The pilot was able to walk away from the crash uninjured, and the incident is being investigated by the Federal Aviation Administration.
