(Fort Totten, ND) — The search for a potentially armed and dangerous suspect in Fort Totten prompted The Spirit Lake Tribal Council to initiate a lockdown Thursday. The tribal offices, schools, and businesses were all closed as the Fort Totten Police Department searched for Kolby McKay. There’s currently no word on whether McKay is still on the run. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is eligible for a reward and is urged to contact authorities.
