(Grand Forks, ND) — Northwood attorney David Engen will run for a third and final term on the Grand Forks County Commission. Engen was first appointed to the commission in 2015, and ran unopposed in 2016 and 2020. He currently serves as commission chairman. Engen announced his candidacy on Monday, and says his experience serving on the commission will make him best suited for the challenges the county is facing.
