(Fargo, ND) — Testimony continues on day three of the trial of a West Fargo man charged with killing his wife. Yesterday’s testimony included a nearly three-hour video interview of Spencer Moen by police and a video of the victim Sonja Moen fully clothed in the bathtub where she was found dead. Day one of the prosecution’s case on Wednesday featured Moen’s young twin sons testifying that they saw their father beat their mother on the day she died.
