(Lisbon, ND) — One person is dead following a two-vehicle crash involving a motor scooter in Lisbon. It happened Tuesday morning at Highway 32 and Jackson Avenue, where authorities say a 66-year-old man on a motor scooter tried to pass a semi-truck with another vehicle on his right. He ended up hitting the passenger side of the semi and was run over by the trailer. The man was pronounced dead at the scene, and the North Dakota Highway Patrol is investigating the crash.
