(Williston, ND) — A Watford City woman died in a single-vehicle crash near Williston Friday night. It happened when a car driven by 36-year-old Crystal Kalligher went over the center line on Highway 85, veered into a ditch, and flipped onto the ice of the Missouri River. Both Kalligher and a passenger were ejected from the car, and Kalligher was pronounced dead at the scene. The passenger suffered minor injuries. The North Dakota Highway Patrol says roads were clear and dry at the time of the crash.
