(Bismarck, ND) — The race is on for the North Dakota U.S. House seat. Democrat Trygve Hammer officially launched his 2024 campaign, making him the first candidate to challenge incumbent Republican Representative Kelly Armstrong. Hammer released a statement earlier today saying he is running for Congress because it’s time to put the government to work for all of us. Armstrong filed his reelection campaign last night.
