(Fargo, ND) — Details are being released on the suspect on I-94 that officers pulled over with their guns drawn. The incident happened Wednesday afternoon in Fargo near the I-29 cloverleaf. Video of the incident shows about five police cars surrounding a vehicle that apparently drove into the median, and officers with their guns drawn putting a suspect in handcuffs. The North Dakota Highway Patrol says the incident happened at the end of a short, slow-speed pursuit on I-29, and that officers forced the vehicle off the road. They say no charges were filed against the suspect, who they believe was having “mental health issues.”
