(Devils Lake, ND) — A Devils Lake man who pleaded guilty to felony theft and preventing arrest has been sentenced to three years in prison. Authorities say they found Jason Duerr driving a stolen Dakota Supply Group van in Cavalier County last year. Duerr was reportedly combative during his arrest, and later threatened to kill a deputy. He’s charged with felony terrorizing for the threats, and his pre-trial conference for that case is set for April 22nd.
