(Dickinson, ND) — The Dickinson City Commission has approved a two-million-dollar loan to replace lead service lines in the city. The loan is provided through the North Dakota Department of Environmental Quality, and offers 75-percent forgiveness for the replacements, potentially reaching up to 700-thousand dollars. Local leaders expect to replace 191 service lines in Dickinson this year.
