(Dickinson, ND) — Dickinson Memorial Park is now Veterans Memorial Park. The name change was approved during a recent Dickinson City Council meeting and aims to acknowledge the park’s reputation as a haven for veterans, as well as a center for military-themed activities and memorials. Support for the name change from the park board and city commission was unanimous.
