(Mandan, ND) — Early in-person voting for the November election begins this week in parts of North Dakota. In Morton County, voting begins today at the Mandan Public Library. In Burleigh County, early voting begins tomorrow at the Bismarck Event Center. The polls open October 28th in Ward and Stutsman counties. They open October 29th in Cass, Grand Forks and Stark counties. A list of polling locations can be found on the North Dakota Secretary of State website.
