Fargo Differences Cause Repair Biz Closing After 40+ Years

(Fargo, ND) — A longtime repair business is closing following multiple battles with the City of Fargo. John Bultman is closing his repair shop after more than 40 years. He tells KVRR-TV he’s been robbed, has had zoning issues and has felt harassed by the city. Bultman says he was being cited for every little thing so he’s decided to close the small repair shop he ran out of a garage near his home.
