(Fargo, ND) — A Fargo man is in custody after he was allegedly seen holding a BB gun on top of a parking ramp. Police were called to a parking ramp along Broadway North on Monday night after a witness reported seeing a man with a rifle. Officers surrounded the area and located Tyson Oka, who they say was carrying a BB rifle and a BB handgun. Police say the BB guns were designed to look like real firearms. Oka faces a terrorizing charge and is being held in the Cass County Jail.
