(Fargo, ND) — The sentence is ten years behind bars for a Fargo man who tried to kill his girlfriend over a year ago. Yesterday a Cass County judge handed down the punishment to Kyle Ochoa who admitted to shooting Jacquline Swenson in October of 2023. Last September, Ochoa entered an Alford Plea which means he maintains his innocence but acknowledges there’s enough evidence for a jury to convict him.
