(Fargo, ND) — The director of the Fargo Marathon has died in a bicycle accident. The wreck happened on Sunday morning, when authorities in Becker County, Minnesota were called to a report of a serious accident along South Shore Drive. There it was determined that Mark Knutson, the Fargo Marathon Director collided with a pickup truck. Medical aid was rendered to Knutson, and he was transported to a hospital where he died of his injuries. No criminal charges have been filed, and the crash is currently being investigated.
