(Fargo, ND) — Fargo Police pulled over a driver with their guns drawn on Christmas Day. Video was taken of the incident that happened yesterday afternoon on westbound I-94 near the I-29 cloverleaf. The video shows about five police cars surrounding a vehicle that apparently drove into the median, and officers with their guns drawn putting a suspect in handcuffs. Police have not released any details about the incident.
