(Fargo, ND) — Police say the stray bullets reported in downtown Fargo on Wednesday came from a person committing suicide. KVLY says officers were called to 7th Street North near First Avenue North at around noon yesterday after two vehicles were hit with gunfire. An investigation led police to a nearby apartment building, where a person was found dead inside one of the units from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Police believe the stray bullets likely came from that person while committing suicide.
