(Fargo, ND) — A behavioral management specialist at Fargo Davies High School is accused of exchanging nude photos with a student over social media. Investigators say 33-year-old Ashley Peterson exchanged the explicit photos with the boy from October 2021 to October of last year. Last week, Peterson was charged with promoting a sexual performance by a minor and contributing to the deprivation or delinquency of a minor. She was arraigned last Thursday and is scheduled to appear in court again on June 20th.
