(Bismarck, ND) — State officials say North Dakota is in a strong financial position. The North Dakota Office of Management and Budget on Thursday released its annual financial report for the last fiscal year. OMB Director Joe Morrissette said it show’s North Dakota’s net position has grown by eleven-point-two percent. It also shows the state’s general fund balance increasing by 12-point-four percent compared to the previous fiscal year. The entire report can be seen on the Office of Management and Budget website.
