(Fargo, ND) — A former Cass County sheriff’s deputy is being charged with disorderly conduct and harassment. According to court documents, Deputy Darin Viken is accused of harassing six women while he was the coordinator of the sheriff’s office’s 24/7 sobriety program. Most of the women were participating in the program at the time. Viken was placed on administrative leave on July 17th and then fired five days later.
