(Fargo, ND) — A former Cass County Deputy is being charged with possessing child porn. The sheriff was notified in September after detectives with the North Dakota Bureau of Criminal Investigation found child porn on the phone of Deputy Carson Quam. Quam resigned last month, and now he’s being charged with ten counts of possessing child porn. A warrant has been issued for his arrest.
