(Grand Forks, ND) — A Langdon man is facing a misdemeanor charge of indecent exposure after being accused of masturbating in public at the Grand Cities Mall. Court documents say 56-year-old Jeffery Stanley was allegedly caught on video doing the deed on a couch in a common area of the mall last month. Originally, Stanley was only cited by police, but hours later three people came to the police station and said they wanted to pursue charges. Stanley is the former CEO of Langdon Prairie Health.
