(Bismarck, ND) — Former North Dakota Governor Ed Schafer is taking action against Constitutional Amendment 2. Schafer has launched a new campaign opposing the ballot question which calls for establishing new restrictions on North Dakota’s ballot initiative process. Schafer says the measure “would not be for the people and is unnecessary.” The measure will appear on the November 5th ballot.
