(Bismarck, ND) — Former North Dakota Senator Ray Holmberg will plead guilty to federal charges in a plea agreement that was filed on Monday. He’s accused of traveling to the Czech Republic with the intent of sexually abusing children. Investigators say Holmberg made trips to Prague between 2011 and 2016, and he faces between 37 and 46 months in prison. He will also have to register as a sex offender.
