Fort Ransom State Park Awarded Nearly $1 Million For Upgrades

(Bismarck, ND) — Fort Ransom State Park in Bismarck is being awarded nearly one-million-dollars by the North Dakota Department of Parks and Recreation. The funding will be used for upgrades such as electrical services and new fire hydrants at the park’s campsites. The funding comes from the Land and Water Conservation Funds, which was established by Congress in 1964.
