(Fort Totten, ND) — A Fort Totten man will serve 12 years in prison for physically and sexually assaulting a woman in 2022. It happened while 42-year-old Gandi Shaw was staying at a woman’s home, where he slashed her car’s tires, strangled her, and raped her in a bedroom. Shaw was arrested and charged with several crimes, including felony gross sexual imposition. He pleaded guilty and will also have to register as a sex offender.
