(Grand Forks, ND) — Four people are displaced following a fire in Grand Forks. The fire happened Thursday on the second floor of a house divided into apartments along North Fifth Street. Firefighters saw flames and smoke coming out of the building when they arrived, though all tenants made it outside and nobody was injured. Fire officials are now working to determine how the fire started.
