The average price for gasoline in North Dakota is now $3.95 per gallon.
Gas Buddy dot Com says that’s a nickel higher than last week, 22 cents higher than a month ago, and 33 cents higher than a year ago.
Gas Buddy says refinery challenges in the western US have pushed gas prices up. But it says as the refineries transition to winter gasoline blends, the prices should start dropping.
The national average price is $3.83 per gallon.
